You can use this scoring system to rank their participation and apply it towards your company's internal recognition program. Through our partnership with RecycleBank^®, active community members receive rewards points redeemable for free, or discounted, products or services at over 2,500 local and national retailers and brands. Points may also be donated to any number of qualified non-profit organizations.

The administrator within your organization determines how to reward team members for their contributions so the program is flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. You can also choose to forego the rewards option altogether.
